Partner Collin Hite recently led a panel discussion for Lex Mundi’s webinar, “D&O Insurance: Gaps and Tax Implications in Your Master Program.” This program dealt with serious regulatory and tax issues when a company relies upon its directors and officers liability insurance in foreign jurisdictions. Hite was joined on the panel by Tripp Sheehan, U.S. D&O practice leader for MARSH; Praveen Sharma, global practice leader for Insurance, Regulatory & Tax at MARSH in London; and Anant Suchak, partner with KPMG’s Indirect Tax Group in London. Collin is currently the chairman of Lex Mundi’s international Insurance/Reinsurance Practice Group.
