Partner Brian D. Barger and Counsel Robert F. Holland provided a complete overview of new Sex Discrimination Guidelines published by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) in this webinar.
The rule substantially revises the OFCCP’s prior 1970s-era Sex Discrimination Guidelines for federal contractors and subcontractors covered by Executive Order 11246, and is effective August, 15, 2016.
