Student and Employee Liability Risks Associated with School Safety Plans

Craig Wood and Micah Schwartz, lawyers in our Charlottesville office, presented a webinar for the Virginia Association of School Superintendents on the subject “Student and Employee Liability Risks Associated with School Safety Plans.”  Attendees from across the Commonwealth heard presentations by Craig and Micah as well as a representative of VACORP, the insurer for many of Virginia’s school boards. The presentations were followed by an extended Q&A exchange. This is the second webinar McGuireWoods has done for VASS on COVID-19-related issues.
