Partner Trent Taylor was selected to attend the invitation-only, food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) law forum, the Cambridge Forum on Defense Food Litigation. The Forum gathered some of the top food and CPG litigators in the nation, including lawyers from Williams & Connolly, Sidley Austin, Covington & Burling, and Mayer Brown, among others. In-house counsel from companies including Hershey, Anheuser-Busch, Uber, PepsiCo, Conagra, and Coca-Cola also attended. This inaugural event was the first of what will become an annual meeting of these top litigators from across the country to examine and debate current issues in the food and CPG space. Participants were personally selected and invited by the Steering Committee based on experience and specialization in these areas. The Forum does not feature traditional speakers and audio-visual presentations; instead, it is discussion-based and focuses on the participation of all those in attendance.
