Pat Rowan, a partner in McGuireWoods’ Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Department and former top lawyer in the Justice Department’s national security division, was quoted in the New York Times article “Smaller-Scale Terrorism Plots Pose New and Worrisome Threats, Officials Say” (Oct. 31, 2009). Rowan was recently interviewed by NBC Nightly News and appeared on the TODAY Show discussing the recent arrest of a Denver-area man charged with conspiring to detonate a weapon of mass destruction.
