McGuireWoods partner Evan Bayh, a former Indiana governor and U.S. Senator, on Friday helped present a report titled “Building a Nation of Makers.” Written by a University of Virginia commission that was chaired by Bayh and former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, the report advocated developing manufacturing jobs for the middle class. The report was covered in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
