A Feb. 22 Richmond Times-Dispatch article titled “Law Schools see sharp drop in enrollment” quotes partner Joe Reid at length on the job outlook for graduating law students. Joe said hiring at McGuireWoods remained consistent through the recession. He added that there’s always a demand for top law students, regardless of marketplace changes, although nationally he sees more law firms opting to hire experienced lawyers over new graduates.
