Craig Wood Featured in Story on Court Challenges to College Sexual Assault Rulings

Charlottesville partner Craig Wood is featured in a recent Virginia Lawyers Weekly story about court rulings in Virginia in which judges questioned the fairness of procedures colleges and universities used regarding discipline cases against male students accused of sexual misconduct.

Speaking from his experience counseling and representing school officials in such matters, including Title IX cases, Wood discussed the U.S. Department of Education rules that impact college students and due process differences between public and private colleges.
