Washington, D.C., partner Aaron Flynn was a contributing author for Section X of Chapter 12: Visibility Impairment and Regional Haze, from the Environmental Law Institute treatise Law of Environmental Protection. His section addresses the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Regional Haze Program, covering background and implementation.

It covers key pollution prevention statutes, conservation laws governing natural resources, key procedural matters and practical considerations involving the U.S. EPA and other relevant agencies, as well as emerging areas of the law and their significance for practitioners and clients.

The spring update to the treatise, to which Flynn contributed, was released in April 2022 and is available from Thomson Reuters. Hard copies were released over the summer.
