Aaron Flynn Pens Chapter of Environmental Law Institute Treatise

Washington, D.C., partner Aaron Flynn was a contributing author for Section X of Chapter 12: Visibility Impairment and Regional Haze, from the Environmental Law Institute treatise Law of Environmental Protection. His section addresses the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Regional Haze Program, covering background and implementation.

Published for more than 40 years, this treatise on U.S. environmental law is written by experienced attorneys, environmental program administrators and legal scholars. It covers key pollution prevention statutes, conservation laws governing natural resources, key procedural matters and practical considerations involving the U.S. EPA and other relevant agencies, as well as emerging areas of the law and their significance for practitioners and clients.

The spring update to the treatise, to which Flynn contributed, was released in April 2022 and is available from Thomson Reuters. Hard copies were released over the summer.
