McGuireWoods LLP has been named a Top 100 Law Firm for Diversity in 2009 by Multicultural Law magazine, which also ranked McGuireWoods as one of the top law firms for women lawyers and for African American lawyers.

In addition to the recognition by Multicultural Law magazine, McGuireWoods achieved a score of 95 percent for its treatment of LGBT employees in the workplace in the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index in 2008. It also was recognized as one of the inaugural 50 Best Law Firms for Women by Working Mother magazine.
