Associates from McGuireWoods LLP have given the firm high marks in a new survey from the legal research firm, Chambers and Partners. The survey, titled Chambers Associate: The Definitive Insider Guide to Law Firms, featured interviews from a random selection of associates from the top 100 law firms in the United States on topics such as: work at his or her firm, firm culture, training, as well as work/life balance.
Over a series of several weeks this spring, researchers from Chambers and Partners interviewed second and third year associates throughout McGuireWoods. All interviews were conducted in confidence, and associates were granted anonymity in their responses. Some of the comments included:

- “Every partner goes out of their way to give you advice…”
- “The high point is the diversity of work…”
- “I’d love to stay here my entire career…”
