The Historical Society of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia recently reelected McGuireWoods partner Collin Hite to another term on its board of directors. He is also the current president of the society.
In the position, he works closely with senior District Judges Claude Hilton and Henry Coke Morgan, Chief Bankruptcy Judge Douglas Tice, District Judge Henry Hudson and Magistrate Judge William Prince, all of whom are also directors. The society is having a book written by noted author John Peters on the court’s important history as part of the judicial system.
