Loan Pricing Corporation recently released the 1Q-3Q 2011 Lender Law Firm League Table rankings and we are pleased to report that McGuireWoods ranked seventh in overall dollar volume and eighth in number of deals. In addition to these transactions, the new lateral partners in our Charlotte office completed an additional 19 deals for $12.9B in dollar volume in 2011 prior to joining the firm. This brings our pro forma totals to 82 deals for $50.1B in dollar volume, which takes our pro forma ranking to sixth in dollar volume and second in number of deals.
