Baltimore office managing partner Ava Lias-Booker was a panelist during the Baltimore Business Journal’s “2012 Enterprising Women: Leading Change” breakfast on Aug. 3. More than 525 people attended the event held at Martin’s Valley Mansion in Cockeysville.
Ava was joined on the panel by Cindy Wolf, executive chef of Charleston and co-owner of Foreman Wolf; Cara Joyce, owner of Urban Pirates; and Bonnie L. Phipps, president/CEO of St. Agnes Hospital. The discussion revolved around a post-recession world where challenges remain — and opportunities abound.
