Emily serves as an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use practice in the New York office of McGuireWoods. Emily focuses her practice on the representation of lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization and sale in the secondary market.
While in law school, Emily externed as a law clerk for Judge Malachy E. Mannion in the Middle District of Pennsylvania and served as a New York City Bar Diversity Fellow.
