Erin focuses on high-stakes litigation before trial and appellate courts. Erin analyzes complex and novel issues of law and develops creative litigation strategies.
Before joining the firm, Erin clerked at every level of the federal judiciary, serving as a law clerk to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh of the U.S. Supreme Court, Judge Carl J. Nichols of the U.S. District Court for District of Columbia, and Judge Britt C. Grant of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Erin received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif and a Karsh-Dillard scholar. During law school, Erin served as an executive editor of the Virginia Law Review and participated in the school’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic.
