As McGuireWoods’ director of lateral partner recruitment, Françoise partners with management to identify, lead and execute firmwide partner recruiting initiatives and strategies.
Françoise joined the firm in November 2021 bringing years of comprehensive law firm experience. She serves on McGuireWoods’ Lateral Partner Integration Committee.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Françoise spent over a decade with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in global roles, most recently as director of lateral partner recruitment and integration.
Françoise earned a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational psychology.
