Jessica focuses her practice on securities and other corporate matters.
Jessica received her BS in Biology from George Mason University and her JD from Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, Jessica served as the Executive Editor for the Duquesne Law Review. Additionally, Jessica received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in the courses of Core/Applied Competencies, Advanced Corporate Law and Business Entities, Criminal Law, and Civil Procedure and Drafting I.
Before attending law school, Jessica worked as a legal assistant in the corporate department of a Fortune 500 financial institution.
