Josh’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex business disputes in state and federal court.
While in law school, Josh gained significant litigation experience interning for a U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York and serving as a Student Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan DA’s office. He also served as a senior editor on Cardozo’s moot court team, where he won the Best Oralist award in the Americas Round of the Monroe E. Price Moot Court Competition.
Prior to law school, Josh completed a PhD focused on the early medieval Middle East at New York University.
