Alizah focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions. She counsels private equity funds, independent sponsors, emerging managers, institutional investors and privately held companies across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Alizah was a corporate associate at a leading law firm in New York City.
Alizah is a proud graduate of Cornell Law School where she served as president of the South Asian Law Students Association and publishing editor for the Cornell Law Review.
