Jeffrey C. Clark Partner

Jeff concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with his primary emphasis in healthcare litigation. He has represented healthcare and other clients across the country in matters involving managed care issues, ERISA matters, contract law, covenants not to compete, partnership and redemption disputes, injunctive relief, fraud and other business torts, unfair competition, and internal investigations.

He has been named an "Outstanding Healthcare Litigator" for 2007 by Nightingale's Healthcare News. He is one of only 12 lawyers nationally who were selected for this honor.

He has experience in all phases of trial and appellate practice, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has obtained and defeated requests for injunctive relief, and has also represented clients in arbitrations and mediations in various forums of alternative dispute resolution.

Jeff regularly provides corporate counseling to clients by conducting internal investigations and assists them with drafting and negotiating contracts. He also routinely counsels clients on litigation avoidance, helping them prevent and reduce litigation.
