Gabby focuses her practice on environmental, product liability, and mass tort litigation.
After graduating from the U.S. Military Academy, Gabby served on active duty in the Army for over five years. Her service centered on human resources and talent management for units in excess of 11,500 soldiers.
She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law where she served as co-president of the Asian American Law Student Association and vice president of Women in Law. While in law school, she worked as a certified student practitioner and submitted multiple trademark applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Gabby’s service-oriented nature, both to the military and to her community, has informed her commitment to pro bono work. She has assisted veterans in achieving discharge upgrades, manned the North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center COVID-19 help line, and worked with her McGuireWoods colleagues to submit a petition to Governor Roy Cooper as part of the Juvenile Sentence Review Board program.
“As a former military leader, I am passionate about leaning forward to anticipate and alleviate obstacles for my clients and efficiently navigating their fast-paced, high stress matters.”
