Kyle focuses his practice on banking and finance, representing both financial institutions and borrowers in debt financing transactions. His work includes asset-based and acquisition financing, leveraged finance, and other lending transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and multi-currency credit facilities. Additionally, Kyle works alongside private equity funds and investment firms supporting leveraged buyouts and mezzanine capital transactions.

Kyle received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2022, where he served as chief of SMU’s First Amendment Clinic and an Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review. Additionally, Kyle interned with the Hon. Fred Biery in the Western District of Texas and the Hon. Amos L. Mazzant, III, in the Eastern District of Texas. Kyle received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018.
