Abigail A. Golden Associate

Abbie's practice focuses on product liability and consumer litigation, specifically in the automotive industry. She also has experience assisting corporations in a variety of securities, complex commercial, and financial services litigation.

As a member of McGuireWoods’ Education Industry Team, Abbie advises clients on student issues related to Title IX, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, NCAA compliance, and other state and federal regulations. 

Abbie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. In 2019, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth D. Bell, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina. During law school, Abbie also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.
