Alexis counsels public utility clients on strategy development and regulatory approvals to advance their business objectives. She represents clients in administrative litigation before the Virginia State Corporation Commission and other state public service commissions. With her knowledge of complex and overlapping regulatory frameworks, Alexis guides clients through compliance, policy changes, enforcement matters, and related litigation.
While in law school, Alexis was the associate online editor of the University of Richmond Law Review. She received CALI awards for excellence in contracts, torts, legislation and regulation, legal writing and analysis, and state power. She served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and chair of the University of Richmond’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (“DEIB”) Committee.
