Le is a member of the firm’s financial services litigation team. He primarily represents individual and corporate clients in high-stakes business litigation before state and federal courts, with a focus on matters involving the financial services industry. He also has experience representing clients in white-collar matters involving allegations of fraud, money laundering, and public corruption. As an advisor and advocate, Le develops, refines, and executes legal strategies with creativity and precision to advance his clients’ most critical business interests.

Before joining the firm, Le was an associate at an international law firm in New York and a law clerk for the Honorable Richard E. Myers II, Chief U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Le received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review and was selected to join the James E. and Carolyn B. Davis Society. As an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Le was a member of the men’s boxing team, winning three MVP awards, two regional championships, and the university’s first men’s national boxing championship.
