Priscilla Heinz Associate

Priscilla is an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use practice in the Los Angeles (Century City) office of McGuireWoods. Priscilla focuses her practice on the representation of lenders in the origination and sale of loans originated under the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer programs. She also has experience representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization and sale in the secondary market.

While in law school, Priscilla earned summa cum laude honors, participated in Richmond Women’s Law, and served as manuscripts editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. She worked on a pro bono basis for the Community Tax Law Project and interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Priscilla received her Juris Doctor at the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law.
