Priscilla is an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use practice in the New York office of McGuireWoods. Priscilla focuses her practice on the representation of institutional lenders in the origination and sale of loans originated under the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer programs and loan intended for securitization and sale in the secondary market. Priscilla’s practice includes representing telecommunications companies, healthcare firms, and financial institutions with leasing matters. Priscilla also has experience representing sellers with commercial real estate development projects.
While in law school, Priscilla earned summa cum laude honors, participated in Richmond Women’s Law, and served as manuscripts editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.

- Representation of lenders in connection with commercial loans secured by properties in various asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily, and mixed use.
- Representation of tenants in connection with lease negotiations in commercial transactions including retail banking, medical office, and telecommunications facilities.
- Representation of sellers in connection with the development of commercial projects requiring easements, condominium declarations, covenants and restrictions, and shared use agreements.
