Janet practices within the Corporate and Private Equity department as a fund formation lawyer.
She represents both sponsors in the formation and management of private funds, as well as institutional and individual investors in connection with their investments in private funds.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Janet was an associate at a law firm where she focused on venture capital fund formation. Before beginning her legal career, she worked in the audit practice at a global professional services firm in New York.
