Marty Kibiswa focuses his practice on all areas of executive compensation and employee benefits law.
Marty assists with a wide range of executive compensation and benefits-related matters. He advises both public and private companies on the intersection of tax, employment, securities, and corporate law issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting compliance, and other corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Marty worked as a corporate and capital markets associate at another AM 100 law firm where he focused on general corporate and securities law topics, including SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance, and securities offerings.
