Rachel is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department. She represents employers in various aspects and phases of employment litigation. Her practice consists of representing employers in wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions brought under the California Private Attorney’s Act as well as in state and federal litigation of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and FMLA/CFRA claims.
Rachel worked as a summer associate for McGuireWoods while in law school, before joining the firm as an attorney. She graduated from Loyola Law School, where she was named on the Dean’s List and where she worked as an editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
