Anna is an associate in the real estate & land use practice in McGuireWoods’ Houston office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and renewable energy real estate law.
Anna received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with honors. While attending law school, Anna obtained a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate for taking courses specializing in mergers and acquisitions, deals skills, and contract drafting. As a notes and comments editor for the Emory Law Journal, Anna also received the Myron Laughlin Penn Award for Best Research and Analysis in a Student Comment.
