Jimmy’s practice focuses on government investigations and white collar litigation. He has advised corporate clients facing government investigations on issues relating to the production of client documents.
Jimmy has advised corporate clients on maintaining protection for privileged documents. Additionally, he has coordinated the response to government demands for production of documents, in order to protect client interests in the face of multiple civil lawsuits and multiple government investigations. Jimmy has also reviewed client documents to determine responsiveness to government investigations.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jimmy attended The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Member of The George Washington International Law Review and received the CourtCall Law School Award for the Best Moot Court Student in the George Washington Law School Class of 2020.
Prior to attending law school, Jimmy worked as a pianist and music teacher in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. As a pianist, he performed in a variety of contexts and venues from accompanying opera singers to playing for weddings and private events.
