Morgan focuses on appeals, high-stakes motions, and complex litigation. She has drafted appellate briefs and dispositive motions on issues ranging from statutory interpretation and contract disputes to product liability and complex jurisdictional questions. She argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia School of Law where she was a member of the Virginia Law Review and the Journal of Law and Politics. She served as a law clerk to Judge Roger Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Robert E. Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
