Ryan focuses his practice on M&A and energy transactions, representing lenders and sponsors in various stages of the development and financing of energy projects.
Ryan received bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and economics from UCLA and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, Ryan served as the executive editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
