William C. M. Matthews Associate

Will focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters, including advising private equity funds, venture capital funds and other institutional investors and strategic acquirers on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, secondary transactions and corporate governance.

Will also provides outside general counsel advice and corporate assistance to private companies and startups across various industries, regarding entity formation, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, commercial agreements among a wide range of other matters.
