Sarah is an associate in the labor and employment department. Sarah regularly defends employers in all phases of litigation at the trial and appellate levels before state and federal courts.
Her broad practice consists of representing employers in wage and hour class, collective and representative actions brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act, and state and federal litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and FMLA/CFRA claims.
