Tolu is a lawyer in the firm’s Washington D.C. office who focuses her practice on merger clearance proceedings.
Tolu has experience representing clients in merger clearance proceedings and other investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission. She also has experience assisting on internal investigations.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Tolu was an associate at another international law firm where she focused on counseling clients on proposed mergers.
