Reeny’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, trade secrets, and product liability. Her diversified work history bolsters her litigation practice across a variety of industries, including the energy, construction, and automobile industries, equipping her with the skills necessary to quickly and efficiently resolve her clients’ needs.
Before becoming a Texan, Reeny attended law school in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. There, she served on the executive board for Loyola’s Consumer Law Review as the symposium editor where she led a symposium focused on issues in consumer law that disparately impacted minority groups. Additionally, Reeny was a part of a diversity program that gave her hands-on experience with a Fortune 150 company where she worked on antitrust issues, privacy compliance, and contractual disputes. She then served as a judicial extern for Cook County Circuit Court Judge Pamela Meyerson.
Reeny found her passion for litigation by participating in Loyola’s nationally recognized moot court program, where she competed in tournaments across the country and was awarded the titles of Midwest Regional Champion, National Runner Up, and National Best Brief. Reeny’s accomplishments and service to the community awarded her Loyola’s prestigious Leadership, Service, and Public Interest Award upon graduation.
Prior to attending law school, Reeny attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. While an undergraduate, Reeny had three majors: Economics, Political Science, and Psychology. She utilized her majors while interning for a United States Senator for two consecutive summers, in addition to working as a paralegal at a civil rights firm.
