Clint concentrates his practice on advising public and private companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures, with a focus on all aspects of developing, acquiring, and selling renewable energy, power, and infrastructure projects across the United States.
He has experience representing clients on both the buy-side—strategic and financial—and sell-side across a wide range of industries, including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and business services.
During law school, Clint served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law.
