Andrew focuses his practice on debt finance, representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in variety of transactions including syndicated loans and acquisition financing.
Andrew received his law degree from The George Washington University School of Law in 2019. Before joining McGuireWoods, Andrew represented institutional lenders in a variety of transactions, including acquisition financing and asset-based lending transactions.
