Danielle is a member of the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Tort Litigation Team and has over 15 years’ experience handling product liability litigation for large pharmaceutical manufacturers and clients in the transportation industry, providing strategic advice to clients defending a portfolio of litigation in jurisdictions around the country. Danielle has a proven track record managing large portfolios of litigation with a focus on business-oriented results.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Danielle served as a senior member of the litigation department for a global healthcare and pharmaceutical company responsible for the management of a large portfolio of litigation involving product liability, commercial and antitrust matters. Before moving to an in-house counsel position, Danielle worked for a defense litigation firm concentrating on complex product liability matters representing product manufacturers and life science companies.
- Representation of a major global pharmaceutical company for over a decade as in-house counsel managing complex commercial litigation matters both domestically and internationally, in addition to counseling the business on compliance, regulatory and internal investigations.
- Representation of a major transportation company, serving as national coordinating counsel directing multi-district litigation and defense strategy.
