Kim Stouffer serves as a strategic advisor to project developers, sponsors, investors and financiers in all aspects of the development, financing, and acquisition and sale of renewable energy projects throughout North America. She has significant experience advising on project finance and general transactional matters for solar, wind and battery storage projects.
Kim has also represented a variety of US and international clients in connection with water and infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships (P3s) and alternative financing and procurements (AFPs).
