Regina is well versed in numerous legal challenges faced by healthcare providers and has assisted clients with issues related to investigational research involving human subjects, medical staff bylaws, clinical integration initiatives, multi-state telehealth practice, and HIPAA Privacy and Security rules.

Regina regularly provides guidance on numerous aspects of healthcare compliance, including assisting providers with internal investigations, provider license and certification matters, compliance with state corporate practice of medicine law/regulations, reimbursement and overpayment investigations/demands, and provider scope of practice issues.
