Lisa represents energy and utility clients on a broad range of matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She has experience on electric matters, including matters related to stated rates and market-based rates, as well as generation and transmission interconnection issues. Additionally, Lisa provides transactional support, performing regulatory due diligence relating to required FERC and RTO/ISO approvals.
Lisa is active in the firm’s pro bono efforts, primarily focusing on immigration issues. During her time in law school, Lisa was also an active participant in the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where she assisted veterans with their appeals in various federal courts.
