Samantha focuses her practice on corporate transactional and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and energy transactions. She advises buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders on a wide range of M&A issues, providing strategic guidance throughout each stage of the transaction process.
Samantha earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she served as the publications editor for the Houston Journal of International Law and gained hands-on experience as a student attorney in the Juvenile Representation Clinic, where she advocated for juveniles navigating the justice system and worked to seal their records. Samantha is also passionate about community service, having volunteered with Street Law, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching high school students in underserved communities the fundamentals of law.
