Johnny Mac focuses his practice on advising buyers, sellers and developers on mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory matters. He has experience in the development, financing, acquisition and sale of renewable and conventional power facilities and natural gas projects throughout the United States.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Johnny Mac worked in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions for Dominion Energy (NYSE: D), where he supported more than $18B of transactions including a merger with SCANA Corp., numerous strategic divestitures and the development of renewable generation facilities.
Experience
- Representation of a global institutional investment management firm in its subsidiaries’ sale of a 66 MW development-stage wind project in Nebraska to a subsidiary of a Canadian public electricity power generator and marketing company.
