Kenneth focuses his practice on representing lenders in a variety of financing transactions in debt finance, including secured and unsecured financing, and bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
Kenneth received his JD from the University of California College of the Law San Francisco. He received his BA, cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
