Upon merging with the Chicago law firm Gordon & Glickson LLC in January 2006, we greatly expanded our technology and business capabilities not only in Chicago, but in all the markets we serve. In July 2003, with the addition of the Ross & Hardies law firm, we became one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the country. The affordable housing finance practice in our Real Estate Department is one of the largest and most innovative in the country, representing clients who are developing or investing in properties financed by federal low income and historic tax credits. The corporate services group focuses on solving problems faced by clients engaged in major securities offerings and the financing of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and spin-offs.
